DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

{¶ 1} Appellant, Adolph R. Brown, appeals from the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. We affirm.

{¶ 2} In the late afternoon of July 19, 2006, Akron Police Detective Tim Harvey of the Street Narcotics Uniform Division ("SNUD") observed a burgundy vehicle owned by Charles Gaiter, a suspected drug dealer, drive up to 1168 Onondago Avenue in Akron.
