Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County (Ray, J.), entered April 10, 1986, which, in a proceeding pursuant to Domestic Relations Law article 7, dispensed with the necessity of obtaining respondent’s consent to the adoption of his child.
The child who is the subject of this adoption proceeding was born out of wedlock on February 28, 1982.
