DISCIPLINARY ACTION

2Per curiam

Because the respondent, attorney Terry E. Johnston, neglected various clients’ legal affairs, mismanaged client funds which he held in trust, and failed to abide by a Disciplinary Commission subpoena, we find that he should be suspended from the practice of law in this state for at least eight months.

This attorney disciplinary action comes before this Court upon the duly-appointed hearing officer’s findings of fact and conclusions of law. The respondent has petitioned this Court for review of that report, pursuant to Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 23(15). Our review of…
