This is a dramshop action in which the parents sought to recover damages resulting from the death of their eldest son, fatally injured in a head-on collision on an expressway. The jury returned a verdict of no cause of action in favor of the two defendant bars. The action by the Estate of Richard J. Groth, deceased, against the Estate of Gilbert H. Gokey, deceased, was dismissed after settlement.
