In this case, the National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of its order directing Instrument Corporation of America (“ICA” or “the Company”) to cease and desist from practices prohibited under section 8(a)(1) and (3) 1 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1) and (3), and to reinstate, with back pay, five former employees discharged allegedly for union organizing activities.
