MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
KEETON, District Judge.
On December 31, 1986, this court issued two Memoranda and Orders in this case. One Memorandum and Order addressed issues related to plaintiffs’ motion for class certification (Docket No. 91) (“Class Certification Memorandum”), and the other addressed issues related to defendants’ motions to dismiss (Docket No. 92). These Memoranda and Orders expressed tentative conclusions and raised questions concerning various issues.
