INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Kimberly Brinkman has worked as a sprinkler, fitter in the construction industry for nearly twenty years. In this action, she alleges that her union, Defendant Local Union # 417 (the “Union”), and a construction company for which she performed union work, Defendant Nasseff Mechanical Contractors Inc.
