ORDER

BOWEN, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff filed the captioned case asserting claims under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e — 2000e-17, and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988. (Doc. Nos.l, 4.) Defendants move for summary judgment on all of Plaintiffs claims. (Doc. No. 24.) For reasons stated more fully below, Defendants’ motion is GRANTED.

I. BACKGROUND
