Plaintiffs Edd Gowden and wife, Mrs. Jett Cowden, filed this suit in the district court of Midland county, Tex., on January 11, 1935, against defendants, Limpia Royalties, a trust estate, and W. E. Templeman, N. E. Templeman, and Sam F. Means, as trustees of Limpia Royalties, to have canceled two mineral deeds executed by plaintiffs to Limpia Royalties, one deed being dated April 30, 1930, and conveying to Limpia Royalties an undivided one-sixteenth interest in the…
