This is an action to enjoin the defendants from continuing to divert water which the plaintiff claims the exclusive right to use for irrigating and domestic - purposes. The complaint alleges “that in the year 1850, the grantors and predecessors in interest of plaintiff located, settled upon and began the cultivation of a large •tract of land in the southwest part of Salt Lake County, Utah; that said land is sterile and arid and is valuable only for agricultural purposes through irrigation; that continuously from said date until the present time the plaintiff’s predecessors and stockholders…
