THORNBERRY, Circuit Judge:
Baxter Lane Company, the defendant below and appellant here, manufactures and sells an extensive line of novelty products commonly known as “Texas brag items.” 1 Baxter Lane has been selling these products for over twenty years and has been quite successful, currently employing six full-time salespersons engaged in the marketing of as many as 600 novelty items.
