In this civil forfeiture action, claimant, Carol Capoccia, has moved for partial judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c). She contends that some of the funds seized by the federal government during its investigation of the Law Centers for Consumer Protection (“LCCP”) are outside the government’s reach on statute of limitations grounds or, in the alternative, because the government is unable to trace the seized funds back to LCCP.
