Batman, J. —

Appellee filed Ms complaint in two paragraphs in the court below to recover damages *98on account of injuries to Ms automoMle and to Ms wife, alleged to have been caused by the negligent operation of one of appellant’s cars at a street crossing in the city of Bluffton, Indiana. Appellant answered by a general denial. Trial was had by jury and judgment was rendered for $1,002. From this judgment appellant prosecutes this appeal and relies for reversal on the action of the trial court in overruling its motion for a new trial.
