This is an appeal from an order of a referee finding, inter aim, that the respondent-appellant, Attorney Stephen D. Rabideau, was subject to discipline for professional misconduct due to a violation of a criminal statute involving moral turpitude. The referee ordered that appellant’s license to practice law be revoked, imposed the costs of the proceeding, and required that proof of payment of such costs (and of certain fines, penalty assessments, and costs of the underlying criminal matter) accompany any future application for reinstatement to the bar.
