VOLLACK, Justice.

In this disciplinary proceeding, a hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee recommended that the respondent-attorney, Dennis Reed Grenemyer, (hereinafter Grenemyer or the respondent), be suspended for a period of three years from the date of his original suspension of January 3, 1986, and that he be assessed the costs of these proceedings. One member of the panel dissented, recommending a stronger discipline.
