OPINION
LYDON, Senior Judge:
This government contract case is before the court, after a trial on the merits, with regard to an alleged oral modification of a contract entered into between plaintiffs and the United States Postal Service (Postal Service). Plaintiffs agreed, under the contract, to construct and lease to the Postal Service a postal facility in Nags Head, North Carolina. Two additional claims arising from the contract were disposed of by summary judgment in defendant’s favor. See Edwards v. United States, 19 Cl.Ct. 663 (1990).
