The defendant, Rafael Crespo, Jr., appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of assault in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-61 (a) (1) and two counts of sexual assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-70 (a) (l). The defendant claims that the court improperly (1) excluded evidence related to the prior sexual history of the victim, (2) permitted the state to present evidence concerning the behavior of sexual assault victims generally and (3) failed, following an in camera review of the victim’s…
