Before the Court is the United States Trustee’s (“UST”) Motion to Convert Case to a chapter 7 case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112 (b) (4) (A), (E) and (I). At the hearing and in its post-hearing brief, Global Emergency Resources, LLC (“Debtor”) *78opposed the motion arguing the UST failed to carry its burden of establishing cause exists to convert this case and failed to show that conversion is in the best interest of the creditors and the bankruptcy estate.
