Dr. Pierre C. Boyer died in the city of New Orleans, in 1881, intestate.
He was twice married. His first wife was Theodora Wedderstrandt, who died in 1861, leaving as sole issue of the marriage, Edith Boyer, then a minor of six years of age.
His second marriage was contracted in June, 1867, with Mrs. Pauline Tourné Boyer, who survived him. There was no issue of this second marriage. Mrs. Boyer, the surviving widow, was, after the death of Dr. Boyer, appointed administratrix of his succession and in due time rendered an account of her…
