McCALEB, Justice.
This case involves a settlement of the community of acquets and gains formerly existing between plaintiff, Mrs. Frances Page Thigpen, and her husband, Pooler B. Thigpen, Sr., one of the defendants, 1 the comrrmnity having been dissolved as of May 7, 1952, by a decree of separation from bed and board.
After hearing the evidence and the argument on the various claims advanced by plaintiff and the reconventional demands of defendant, the trial judge rendered judgment denying plaintiff’s principal demands and also rejecting several claims of defendant. Plaintiff has appealed from…
