The defendant Jethro Rolle (Rolle or defendant) appeals from the Superior Court’s denial of his motion to dismiss a charge of second-degree sexual assault on double jeopardy grounds. 1 This case came before the Supreme Court on January 23, 2014, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
