THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Order of Reference (DE 382) from United States District Judge James C. Paine referring the Plaintiffs’ Request for Ruling on Expense Shifting Sanctions (DE 381) “for recommended and/or final disposition.” On June 25, 2003, the Court entered an order (DE 385) denying the motion and deferring ruling on the expense shifting sanctions until the end of the case.
