The plaintiff below, Dinuro Investments, LLC (“Dinuro”), appeals an order dismissing four counts of its complaint against the defendants. The trial court found that Dinuro lacks standing in its individual capacity and should have instead brought the suit derivatively on behalf of the limited liability company (“LLC”).
