McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Jibri Ali, a/k/a Charles L. Pirtle, appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Nebraska upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (felon in possession of a weapon). The district court sentenced defendant to 51 months imprisonment, three years supervised release, a special assessment of $50.00, and restitution in the amount of $525.00. United States v.
