CONNOLLY, Judge.

Defendant was charged with six counts of felony criminal contempt in violation of Minn.Stat. § 588.20, subd. 1 (2008) for allegedly willfully failing to appear as a witness in her husband’s criminal trial. In this certified-question appeal, defendant challenges service of process of the subpoenas compelling her testimony.
