In case number 94-5364, defendant-appellant David Daughtrey (“Daughtrey”) seeks appellate review of the judgment of conviction and sentence entered against him by the district court subsequent to his guilty plea to a charge of trafficking in altered cellular telephones capable of impermissibly accessing cellular telephone services without charge in alleged violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029.
