This is an appeal by plaintiff from a-decree of divorce granted upon defendant’s cross-petition by the district court of Oklahoma county, in an action begun by plaintiff for divorce upon the grounds' of extreme cruelty and gross neglect of duty.

Plaintiff’s petition alleged the parties were married in 1926, and had two children, both boys, aged 15 and 17 at the time the action was brought. The allegations of extreme cruelty and gross neglect of duty were that defendant was an able-bodied man, capable of earning approximately $225 per month, but refused to provide common necessities for…
