OPINION

CAFFREY, Chief Judge.

This matter came before the Court on defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiff’s two-count complaint.

Plaintiff Morris Lefkowitz is a self-styled businessman, inventor, and investor. For the last thirty years, plaintiff says he has been engaged in the textile, furniture, and carpet businesses as a domiciliary and resident of either New Bedford, or North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
