The plaintiff, Lawrence Rosenthal, has been employed by various general agents of defendant National Life Insurance Company [hereinafter referred to as “the Company”] for twenty-eight years and is a participant in the Company’s “Agency Employees Pension Plan” 1 [hereinafter referred to as “the Plan”].
