Klein, J.), dated July 29, 1985, which stayed respondent from arbitrating an uninsured motorist claim with petitioner, unanimously reversed, on the law, with costs, the petition to stay arbitration is dismissed, and the parties are directed to proceed to arbitration.
On February 10, 1982, while respondents-appellants were in an automobile which they owned, and which was insured by petitioner Country-Wide Insurance Company, their car was struck in the rear by another car which left the scene without exchanging license or insurance information.…
