This is an action of debt brought in the name of the People, for the use of Harry Moore, appellant, against J. O. Beekman Co., a corporation, and the Massachusetts Bonding and Insurance Company, a corporation, for damages for alleged breaches of an indemnity bond given by Beekman Co. as principal and the Massachusetts Bonding and Insurance Company as surety, under section 23 of the Illinois Securities act, as amended June 26, 1929.
