Relators are the owners of all of the rights of the lessees under three oil and gas leases executed on June 18, 1932, by the State of Texas as lessor, acting through its Board of Mineral Development pursuant to Chapter 40 of the General Laws of the 42nd Legislature (page 64), enacted at its Second Called Session, in so far as said leases cover and pertain to three tracts in the bed of the Sabine River in Gregg County, known as Tract No. 4, Tract No. 5, and the East or lower part of Tract No. 7, aggregating 203…
