These appeals involve a judgment entered in favor of appellees/counter-appel-lants, Loyce A. Morain, Louise I. Brown, Chris L. Brown, J. Macard Associates, J.V. Simmering and Mary Lou Simmering (property owners/plaintiffs), in their action against the City of Norman (City), appellant/counter-appellee, for damages due to flooding which occurred in plaintiffs’ respective properties.
