*283 This discretionary appeal addresses the role of a court following a school district's decision to conduct a private sale of an unused or unnecessary school building pursuant to section 7-707(3) of the Public School Code of 1949. For the reasons that follow, we conclude that a court's involvement in such cases is limited to either approving or disapproving the sale.
