OPINION OF THE COURT

WERNER, Judge:

-Pursuant to his pleas, the appellant was convicted of wrongful possession and use of heroin in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 912a (1982). A military judge sitting as a general court-martial sentenced him to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for six months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to Private El.
