SUMMARY DISPOSITION ORDER

Plaintiffs-Appellants Thomas Frank Schmidt and Lorinna Jhincil Schmidt (the Schmidts) appeal from the December 6, 2016 Final Judgment (Final Judgment) entered by the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit (Circuit Court ).1 The Schmidts also challenge the Circuit Court's October 19, 2016 Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law (FOFs and COLs) .
