Action on a life insurance policy for $1,000, contested by the defendant on the ground that the policy had lapsed for nonpayment of the premium. Erom judgment on verdict for the plaintiff, defendant appeals.

The exceptions assign error in the refusal of the trial Court to grant defendant’s motions for a directed verdict, and for a new trial upon’ grounds which necessitate a somewhat extended statement of the evidentiary facts.
