Boyle Road and Bridge Company obtained a policy of insurance with the American Employers’ Insurance Com pany of Boston, Mass., to protect it against claims and suits arising out of injuries to its employees. While this policy was in force one F. W. Walling, an employee of the appellant, was, or claimed to have been, injured. He brought suit in the Richland County Court against his employer, Boyle Road and Bridge Company, and recovered a judgment for personal injuries After payment of the judgment the appellant company brought this…
