By its special verdict the jury found that Lowell Douglas was causally negligent as to lookout; that he was not negligent as to his rate of speed or in the management and control of his automobile.'- They further found that he was negligent in failing to exercise the degree of skill and care which he possessed in respect to the management and control of his vehicle, but that this negligence was not a cause of the collision.
