MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to F.R.C.P. 12(b)(6) by Defendants Hatcher and Park, filed October 14, 2008 (Doc. 20). The Court held a hearing on June 18, 2009. The primary issues are: (i) whether Defendant Valerie Park, in recording the proceedings of the grievance hearing in which Plaintiff Karen E. Duprey appealed her demotion, was acting in a quasi-judicial capacity and is entitled to absolute immunity; (ii) whether Park and Defendant Lorri A. Hatcher were “acting for” Du-prey’s employer…
