The appellant was complainant in the Circuit Court of Orange County and filed his bill of complaint against the appellee alleging that prior thereto he had purchased certain real- estate in Orange County, Floridá, and had taken title to the same in the name- of Annie L. Kimball, but that the equitable title was in himself and that the record title had been taken in the name of Annie L. Kimball for convenience. He alleged that certain lots had beén sold by Annie L.
