The parties to this suit in this opinion will be referred to as they appeared in the court below as plaintiff and defendants. On September 25, 1935, plaintiff filed in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County her bill of complaint against the defendants, alleging, among other things, that on February 20, 1929, May F. Fisher acquired title to the West 50 feet of the Poinsettia Hotel located in the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, and on April 29, 1927, plaintiff's predecessor in the chain of title, Mrs. Roswell M. Marshall, executed a deed of trust to secure the payment of $115,000.00 of bonds…
