MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ALLEN SHARP, District Judge.
On or about December 17, 1998, this plaintiff, Delores B. Fortenberry, appearing by counsel filed a complaint in this ease purporting to state a claim under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VII and the Civil Rights Act of 1991, now cited as 42 U.S.C. § 1981(a). Apparently, also claims are made, initially at least, under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981,1983, 1985, and 1988. 1 This cause is currently before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment filed February 1, 2000.
