After a bench trial in the district court, plaintiffs recovered a money judgment against all defendants, based upon plaintiffs’ claims that all defendants were participants in a joint venture that was guilty of breach of contract and fraudulent concealment. Defendants appeal from the judgment, asserting that the evidence fails to support the court’s liability conclusions and that the court erred in granting to plaintiffs pre-judgment interest on the damage award.
