Claimant is a foreign corporation, organized under the laws of Indiana. It filed its claim against the Platteville Foundry & Machine Company, bankrupt, for $394.00, for the proceeds of a boiler belonging to claimant, sold by the bankrupt to the Empire Mining Company. In opposing the allowance of the claim the trustee' answered, alleging, in substance, as the fact is, that the claimant is a foreign corporation, and has not complied with section 1770b of the Wisconsin Statutes (Sanborn's St. Supp. 1906), providing that foreign corporations doing business in this state…
