The master, ho whom this case was referred, made the following report upon the facts: 1. That the Interstate Building and Loan Association of Atlanta is *317a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Georgia. 2. That said corporation has paid a license to the State of South Carolina to do business in said State, and had a local board or branch of the said association in the city of Columbia, in the county and State aforesaid, and that J.
