Pending before the Court is the Motion for Exceptional Case Finding and Award of Attorney Fees and Expenses (doc. # 513) filed by plaintiff, Highmark, Inc. (“Highmark”). After review, the Court concludes that this case is exceptional under 35 U.S.C. § 285 as a consequence of certain acts of defendant Allcare Health Management Systems, Inc.
