Defendants move, in separate motions, (1) pursuant to Rules 26 and 34, F.R.C. P., for an order directing defendant Lawrence to answer certain questions propounded to him on oral examination before trial and answer to which was withheld on the ground of alleged professional privilege and directing defend- and Robert E.
