VAN OSDOL, Commissioner.

Plaintiff, Frank Miller, had verdict and judgment for $15,000 against defendant, Multiplex Faucet Company, which defendant as third-party plaintiff had verdict and judgment for a like amount against third- party defendant, Fred Bryant. Defendant and third-party defendant have appealed.

Defendant-appellant Multiplex contends that the trial court erred in overruling defendant’s motion for a directed verdict; and that the amount of the jury’s award is excessive. Third-party defendant-appellant Bryant joins in these contentions.
