HANSON, Justice.

Plaintiff sued defendant to recover a balance alleged to be owing on a verbal contract between the parties under which plaintiff constructed an automobile trailer for defen dant. The complaint alleges that the agreement provided that plaintiff was to furnish all the necessary materials and labor in the construction of a trailer body 14 feet in length for $550, the defendant to furnish the chassis upon which the trailer body was to be mounted. The plaintiff was to be paid extra for work done upon the chassis and for fixtures and furnishings to be placed inside the body. Later…
